Dance of the Butterfly

Woo Hoo! It's Colour Create time and I've gone a little OTT this week, making not just a card, but a stationery set with 6 greetings cards, 6 note cards, 6 tags, an address book, stamps pocket and pen holder in it as well. The instructions for the stationery set can be found on Split Coast Stampers and they are so easy to follow! You should all have a try at one of these.

My makes today are being entered into the following challenges:

Sweet Pea Stampers - Earth Wind and Fire (This represents Wind with the butterflies)

Allsorts Challenge - Embossing

The Crafty Pad - Embossing

Digi Doodle Shop - Anything Goes

Sew Many Challenges - Anything Goes

Magical Crafts Challenge - Flower Power

The challenge colours for Colour Create are BABY PINK, PEACH and BLACK with an optional extra of LACE or TULLE. The creations by the design team are once again outstanding so I hope you'll take a look at them.

We're sponsored today by Michelle's scrapbooking and she's giving the winner a USD15 gift voucher. She's also giving all Colour Create readers a 15% discount valid through July. To read how to claim the discount please click here

I'm having a bit of Sweet Pea week, aren't I? Two Sweet Pea cards in one week!! Michelle has some new sweet Pea stamps in stock which you can purchase by clicking here . The image I've used on my card is called Dance of the Butterfly.

I really enjoyed using the challenge colours this week - that's why i got so carried away making lots of things. It really was quick to make the stationery set - as long as you keep the contents inside to a clean and simple style.

Items Used
Sweet Pea Stamps - Dance of the Butterfly
Bo Bunny - Flamingo Double Dot and Mango Core Colour Core'dinations Papers
Distress inks; Spun Sugar, Black Soot, Antique Linen, Tattered Rose, Wild Honey and Walnut Stain.
Stamped flowers and the trees on the cards in the stationery set from a Kanban Autumn Silhouettes stamp set
Roses stamped on the background paper from a Habico Clear Border Stamp Set.
Swiss Dots Cuttlebug Folder
Everything else was things in my craft room.
I hope this has inspired you to try the stationery set and to enter our challenge.

Thanks for looking,

Sharon xx
