Very Vintage Congratulations

Today I'm having a little bit of a change. I really felt like making a vintage card and I decided to go for a pyramage image instead of stamping. A lovely romantic old-fashioned image with pearl swirls, flowers, lace ribbon and pins. Just the ticket!

This is my DT card for One Stop Craft Challenge where today is the 100th challenge! Our fantastic Chrissie picked the appropriate theme of 'Congratulations' and boy, are there some brilliant types of congratulations cards the team came up with. You can see them HERE.

I'm entering this into the following challenges:
Challenge Up Your Life - Lace and Pearls
C.R.A.F.T. - Fancy Florals
Creative Card Crew - Bloomin' Marvellous
Frosted Designs - Get out those Books (the image reminds me of a Jane Austine heroine)
Incy Wincy - Anything Goes
Pixie Dust Studio - Swirly Swirls
Simon Says....It's Autumn Inspired by the browns in the photo
Stamp Something - Something to Celebrate

Hope your find time to join in the celebration challenge.

Thanks for looking,
Sharon xx

Wow, what a gorgeous card. I'm only guessing, but it looks like you took a picture and copied it several times and then kept cutting it until it looks like a pyramid. I will definitely be trying this technique. It's one I've never seen before. You did an awesome job. Hugs, dj
