3 Squares - take 2

Morning! I thought I'd quickly post the revisions to my Less is More challenge card from yesterday before I head off to work.

Now, aren't these 2 cards much better? Thanks to everyone for the feedback; it really was appreciated. I knew there was a decent card somewhere in the idea but it was just out of my grasp. lol - it was one of those Doh! moments when people started talking about the colour of the ribbon and adding crystals instead of pearls. Makes much more sense.

I love the idea of the white die cut letters - still think my alphabet set is a bit too large and curly. I also tried a small stamp in detail white, iridescent and stardust embossing powder but the die cuts look better than the embossing.

Shame the glittered dst didn't work out; I really liked that idea.

Okay, have a great day everyone,
Thanks for looking,
Sharon xx

Oh Sharon... I LOVE the first one!
This really does it!
Footsteps and ribbon match... ribbon not too broad for the dimension of the footsteps, glistening gems instead of pearls... what a bit of luck that you had a snowflake charm too... just perfect.
Brilliant spotlighting, super!
Thanks for your perseverance, it really paid off!
See you next time!

Hi Sharon
I think these are FABBY! Yes, the Let it Snow is bigger, than may you wanted but because it's white its subtle..to my eyes anyways!
Love them both, the charm looks gorgeous

As it;s only Monday you have time for another? lol

Hi Sharon,
I have just had a look at your before card, and I think it's really nice. Now you have redone the card I think it is now stunning. The changes are only small one but they sure have made all the difference.

Cricky Sharon, you have been busy! Your perseverance has been rewarded with 2 brill cards. Love them both, but the first is just my fav and I don't think the letters are too big, you have space to spread them! ikki

Oh Sharon these look so lovely, I love both of them. Yes the wording is large on the second but because it's white it doesn't seem to matter.I must try that white on white , the wording looks great! Hard to choose between them really...maybe the first by a nose :O) Viv xx

Sharon - the first card is just fantastic. It has everything. The charm is perfect and the thinner ribbon works a treat!

I like the second card too, but I think you're right - the font's not quite right!

Thanks for sharing!

I like both cards but I especially like the first one. The simplicity of the pearls and the snowflake charm give it a nice feel.
I really like the white die cut letters on the white background too...x
